Location and Access

Located at an altitude of 1,528 meters in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department (France), Peyresq is close to the small towns of Annot and Saint-André-les-Alpes, 100 km from Nice and 75 km from Digne.

Peyresq is a mountain village with a Mediterranean climate—warm during the day and cool after sunset. We therefore recommend bringing a sweater, comfortable shoes, and any personal medications. Part of Peyresq’s charm is the absence of gas stations, shops, pharmacies, bookstores, banks, and highways!

By car

The village of Peyresq is located 100 km from Nice on the road toward Digne and is accessible via a very scenic route.
